Isro chairman K Sivan said radar imaging earth observation satellite Risat-2BR1, which will be launched from Sriharikota's first launchpad at 5.30am on Wednesday, will help boost surveillance capabilities of the country. Risat-2BR1 can work day and night and even penetrate clouds, said Sivan.
