Reds Close to Wrapping up Deal for Polish Starlet

Liverpool’s first piece of transfer business this summer appears to be all but done. Most of the time, for nearly three decades now, the final month of the football season has been a time for Liverpool fans to begin planning for next year. There have been outliers, of course; title races in 2009 and 2014, as well as Champions League finals in 2005 and 2007 have seen the Reds faithful focus on the football yet to be played right up until the very end, but then again, there have been times when planning for next season have taken up nearly half the campaign.
