C-Band Alliance files band plan for 3.7-4.2 GHz

The C-Band Alliance (CBA) has filed a band plan with the FCC that describes how cleared C-Band spectrum could be divided into blocks upon which wireless carriers could bid, paving the way for 5G mid-band spectrum.
