The second Thursday practice session for the 2019 Monaco GP would see the ROKiT Williams Team find no real improvement in their times with both drivetrs finishing the slowest. George Russell would finish ahead of team-mate Robert Kubica in what was an overall unevetful day. George would have a brake lock up at Ste Devote flat spotting his left front tyre forcing him to adjust his programme. The session would see both drivers focus on longer runs late in the session.
