Saturday ITV racing tips as Matt Chapman and Templegate go head-to-head with their best bets

IT’S a busy old Saturday across the board and our double act have been busy.

It’s the fourth and final round of the NAP battle in May, and it’s still all to play for this month with the scores at 2-2 overall.

Get stuck into EEH BAH GUM.

Tim Easterby’s speedster was probably undone by being draw right out on the stands’ side wing when a good fourth behind stablemate Copper Knight in a similar race over this track and trip last week.

That was his second run of the season and it might well just put the edge on him and he’s 5lbs better off with last week’s winner.

He won over today’s course and distance last summer and he should get a decent tow into the race having been drawn more towards the middle.

At Haydock it’s the Group 2 Temple Stakes over 5f at 4.00pm.

BATTAASH is not always at his brilliant best, but when he is we know he is too good for this lot.

I’ll go with him despite the in form pair of Mabs Cross and Kachy being in the field.
