Penthouse I

Penthouse I is a minimal penthouse located in Sydney, Australia, designed by Lawless & Meyerson. A 1970’s penthouse in Sydneys eastern suburbs was transformed into a clean, modern space to take in the 360 degree views. The architects maintained focus of the views by creating a simple and considered arrangement of the various programs within the existing footprint. In addition, the spaces from north to south were opened up in order to allow for natural cross ventilation.
