TV’S Paddy McGuinness made £367,000 from turning an old pub into five flats and selling them.
The Take Me Out host, 45, converted Gypsy’s Tent, empty since 2007, in hometown Bolton.
The town-centre boozer had been empty since it called time in 2007 and had been left derelict.
When he wound up his firm Gypsy’s Tent Ltd, set up to handle the refit, it had £616,937 cash — £367,955 after expenses.
Paddy lives in a £2million Cheshire mansion with wife Christine, 31, and their three kids.
