A 47-year-old man has been charged in connection to a 13-year-old who was pronounced dead after she was dropped off at a Massachusetts hospital. Carlos Rivera was arrested Saturday after authorities accused him of giving drugs to Massachusetts teen Chloe Ricard, who investigators say was at Rivera's apartment along with another young girl before she was taken to the hospital.
