How Metro Bank chief cashed in a quarter of his holding before shares tanked and pocketed £2.5m

Craig Donaldson flogged 63,000 shares, or around a quarter of his holding, for 4017p each on March 8 last year, records show. Two days earlier, the stock had hit an all-time high of 4040p.
