Zuckerberg, Sandberg decline summons to testify before Canada's Parliament

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg won't attend a hearing before the Canadian Parliament to which they were summoned, risking a contempt vote, the company confirmed Monday.
