Tripura has 25,98,290 voters after 55,969 names were added and 18,719 were deleted during the special summary revision of the voters list, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Sriram Taranikanti said Wednesday. The Election Commission of India Wednesday published the final Tripura electoral roll. "As per the final electoral roll, there are 25,98,290 electors in Tripura. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said Wednesday that 5,802 people have got themselves registered for the three-day 15th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas beginning January 21 in Varanasi. "Two to three times more people have got themselves registered for the Pravasi Divas this time as two new attractions -- Kumbha in Prayagraj and Republic Day functions -- have also been attached with it.
