In Birmingham, cheeky thieves remove and steal a catalytic converter (which can sometimes be worth as much as $5,000) in broad daylight. Even though this vehicle was caught on camera with tags, the hopeless cops never found the stolen catalytic converter or the thieves. Poverty, homelessness and lack of law and order have now made UK the biggest haven for crime, rape, knife attacks and murder in the world.
