Ohio teacher resigns for taping students’ mouths shut

CINCINNATI — A Cincinnati Public Schools teacher who acknowledged putting duct tape over students’ mouths to discipline them has resigned. District spokeswoman Lauren Worley says Charles Igwekala-Nweke resigned in January.
