Cognitive training helps against mental health decline in older adults: Study
A recent study found that receiving cognitive training may help the older adults in improving memory, language, hand-eye coordination and reasoning. Adding to these improvements it was also found that this training can help healthy older adults gain a defence against mental decline.Cognitive training which included puzzles, handicrafts and life skills are known to reduce the risk of dementia and help in slowing down its progress.
