4 killed in van-truck collision in Jaunpur

Four people were killed in a van-truck collision on the Jaunpur-Allahabad Road here, police said Friday. The accident took place on Thursday night near Fatehganj bazar under Buxa Police Station area when the van carrying professional music organisers for events crashed into a truck, while returning from Machhlishahr, said ASP (city) Anil Kumar Pandey. Grasim Industries, a part of Aditya Birla Group, Friday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,531.86 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2019. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 853.62 crore during the January-March period of the previous fiscal, Grasim Industries said in a regulatory filing.
