Two men dead after plane crash in Qld

Two men have died in a plane crash in Queensland's north west. The Cessna 210 aircraft, registered to a NSW aviation company, crashed about 26 kilometres north-east of Mount Isa airport. A rescue helicopter located the plane-wreckage and the two men were pronounced dead at the scene. The Forensic Crash Unit are currently assisting the Australian Transport Safety Bureau with the investigation.

Unfavourable cross-equatorial flow over the Arabian Sea that aids in the progress of the monsoon is one of the reasons for its delay, the national weather agency said on Sunday. Monsoon reached the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on May 18. But it is yet to cover the entire region, the India Metrological Department said.
