3-year-old girl raped by middle-aged man in Punjab

A three-year-old girl was Tuesday allegedly raped by a 55-year-old man, who lured the minor out of her house when her father was asleep, in a village in Sultanpur Lodhi here, police said. The minor victim, daughter of a migrant labourer from Bihar, was lured out of her room by accused Ganesh on some pretext in the morning, SHO Vikramjeet Singh said. Markets regulator Sebi Tuesday imposed a total penalty of over Rs 17 lakh on three entities for indulging in fraudulent trading in the illiquid stock options segment on the BSE. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) observed large-scale reversal of trades in the stock options segment of the stock exchange and conducted an investigation between April 2014 and September 2015.
