Der Oberste Gerichtshof der USA hat ein Todesurteil in einem Mordprozess im Bundesstaat Mississippi aufgehoben, weil der Bezirksstaatsanwalt systematisch schwarze Geschworene ausgeschlossen hatte. Bei den insgesamt sechs Verhandlungen habe der Bezirksstaatsanwalt 41 der 42 schwarzen Geschworenen abgelehnt, heißt es in der Begründung des Gerichts.
