Im Herbst soll es auch online zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Analyse zeigt unter anderem, dass der Anteil der Stammwähler seit den 1970ern zurückging, während Wechsel- und Nichtwähler einen Aufstieg erlebten.

Am 20. Oktober findet heuer die Europäische Kulturpreisgala in der Wiener Staatsoper statt, die dieses Jahr ihr 150-jähriges Jubiläum feiert. Angesagt haben sich u.a. große Namen wie Placido Domingo oder Sophia Loren. "Eine Vielfalt der Preisträger passt auch zur Staatsoper", sagte Staatsoperndirektor Dominique Meyer am Montag vor Pressevertretern in Wien.

University of Iowa team wins $115M ‘space weather’ grant

Skydiving plane in Hawaii crash that killed 11 was involved in prior incident

Officials in Hawaii are investigating how a skydiving plane crashed, killing all 11 people on board. It happened Friday just after takeoff on the island of Oahu. India's crude steel output grows 5 pc in May: worldsteel

India's crude steel output rose 5.1 per cent to 9.196 million tonnes (MT) during May 2019, according to a World Steel Association report. The country had produced 8.753 MT of crude steel during the same month in 2018, the global body said in its latest report. Global crude steel production for the 64 countries reporting to the World Steel Association (worldsteel) was 162.744 MT in May 2019, a rise of 5.4 per cent, compared to 154.460 MT in May 2018, it said.
