Three arrested for killing neighbour in northeast Delhi

Three people were arrested for allegedly killing their 30-year-old neighbour in northeast Delhi's Nand Nagri area, police said on Wednesday. The accused were identified as Sumit (29) and Raj (22) and Ajay Tyagi (31), they said. Police said some three to four men allegedly shot the victim, identified as Vicky, on Monday night outside his house, following which he was rushed to the GTB Hospital, where he succumbed, police said. UP extends bilateral cooperation MoU with Netherlands in diverse fields

The Uttar Pradesh government and that of the Netherlands on Wednesday extended the life of a bilateral agreement of cooperation in several fields by another five years. The agreement for extending the life of earlier memorandum of understanding till 1924 was signed by officials in the presence of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the Netherlands ambassdor to India, Marten van den Berg, said an official statement.
