Mit heftigem Regen, hohen Wellen und Sturmböen hat Taifun "Lekima" das chinesische Festland erreicht. Der Wirbelsturm, für den die Behörden die höchste Warnstufe ausgegeben hatten, wütete am Samstagfrüh zunächst in der ostchinesischen Stadt Wenling und zog dann weiter Richtung Norden. Mehr als eine Million Menschen wurden in Sicherheit gebracht, berichtete die staatliche Nachrichtenagentur Xinhua.
