A 28-year-old man who used a toy gun for robbing a cash collection agent of Rs 1.22 lakh in Rohini's Avantika area has been arrested, police said on Wednesday. Movement of suburban trains on the main line of Central Railway got delayed during the evening peak hour on Wednesday after a mentally disturbed man climbed a signal pole at Thane railway station, officials said.
