CBFC review necessary if subtitles added or changes made after film is certified: HC

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday said that the censor board shall follow the existing law which requires it to review a film if subtitles have been added or any changes made after the film is certified. Pakistan's Lahore High Court chief justice on Wednesday changed a two-member bench which was hearing the petition of Mumbai attack mastermind and JuD chief Hafiz Saeed challenging his arrest in the terror financing case.
