[Volleyball] Firestorm Finish Home Schedule with a Win on Senior Night

Phoenix, AZ- On Friday, Arizona Christian celebrated senior night and played their final home game of the season at Greenway High School defeating the Buccaneers of Park University - Gilbert Spirit 3-0. The team honored Macy Magri, Jamie Ricksecker, Amanda Bakonyi, Delaney Harris, Oriana Montoya, Alex Douglas and Naomi Matzke. Congratulations to the Firestorm seniors and thank you for your commitment to the program. The Firestorm move to 17-12 overall and 7-9 in conference play following this non-conference victory. Shots rang out on Testaferrata Street in Ta’ Xbiex early on Saturday morning, with the gunfight leaving a 44-year-old man grievously wounded. The incident, which was reported to police at 2.10am, happened when an argument between an undisclosed number of people kicked off.
