Drawing from batting legend Sachin Tendulkar's statement that the Indian cricket board (BCCI) should furnish terms of reference and tenure of his appointment to the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) should they want him to be part of it, Supreme Court appointed ombudsman and ethics officer, DK Jain, has arrived at the conclusion that the complaint against Tendulkar regarding conflict should be disposed of.
