[Softball] No. 1 USAO Blanks Lindsey Wilson at NAIA Softball World Series
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Top-ranked University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma kept alive hopes of a repeat national championship with a 2-0 victory over Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) on Monday in the NAIA Softball World Series at the Killian Sports Complex.
The Drovers (58-3) scored a pair of runs in the third inning to eliminate the Blue Raiders (52-5) from the tournament. USAO's 58th win of the season broke the program record for wins in a single season.
