Three days after fire resulted in loss of lives of many students in Surat, Gujrat, an NGO has served a legal notice to the state of Punjab; principal secretary of the local government; minister of the local government and principal secretary of the Punjab Urban and Housing Development (Puda) against illegal mushrooming of coaching centres and the ill-equipped fire department.
