New South Wales Police is hunting for a killer after a man was fatally shot at a home in Sydney's west. Emergency services came across the victim, aged in his 50s, when they were called to the Doonside property about 7.30pm on Monday. Paramedics attempted to save the man, but he was confirmed dead at the scene. Police cordoned off the street as officers tried to calm distraught onlookers.
