Man, 30s, stabbed to death after fight in east London
A man has died after being stabbed after a fight broke out in the street in east London in the early hours of this morning.
Officers were called to Warwick Road in Forest Gate, Newham, to reports that a fight was taking place.
The victim, a man in his 30s, was found suffering from stab injuries.
He was taken to hospital but died a short time later.
Officers are working to inform his next of kin but formal identification awaits, the Met Police said.
In a statement, police said: ‘A post-mortem examination will be held in due course.
‘No arrests have been made at this time.
‘The Homicide and Major Crime Command have been informed.
‘Enquiries into the circumstances continue.’
