Australia’s Citadel to acquire local firm Noventus

The Citadel Group has entered an agreement to acquire local firm Noventus, which provides engineering, technology, and logistics support for sectors including defence and transportation.

Citadel, a defence software and services company, said on 27 May that the proposed acquisition is valued at
