Homeowner finds tenant’s toilet in a dirty state after moving out (photos)

A landlady has cried out on social media after discovering the messy state in which a tenant that moved out of the house, left the toilet.

In a post shared on Facebook, the aggrieved homeowner identified as Nathalie Ruangdet, disclosed that the tenant lived in her house for a period of 9 years.

However, several days ago, she got a call from the tenants saying they were moving out of the house and would like to handover the keys, without bothering to ask for the refund of their deposit fee.

Days after, Nathalie upon visiting the area during her spare time, decided to check out the state of the house and she was left in a state of complete disgust and disbelief.

She said the bathroom appeared as if it had never been cleaned, adding that the rooms looked like it had been abandoned and not occupied in a long period. A maid who resides in the building however, divulged that people lived in the apartment.

Ruangdet further stressed in her post that other parts of the apartment appeared clean except the toilet. She said she is not angry because the tenant is a good person, but just wondered how he could possibly live like he did.
