Incredible moment boy, 10, films his mum giving BIRTH in the front seat of the car while his panicked dad speeds them to hospital

0

A BABY has been born during a dramatic car dash to hospital – with her mum’s feet on the dashboard, while her anxious siblings wailed loudly in the back seat.

Panicking dad Michael Addison, meanwhile, repeatedly tooted at motorists to clear the road as he drove with one hand on the steering wheel and the other supporting his labouring wife’s leg.

It was literally minutes from the time that Joilee Addison’s mum went into labour, and welcomed her daughter – in the family car in Henderson, Nevada

The incredible moment that gorgeous little Joilee Addison entered the world was captured by her brother, Jayden, 10, in a very short video in Henderson, Nevada.

It was a quick birth for the newborn’s mum, who is initially shown in the family car’s front passenger seat, resting her feet on the dashboard.

Leaning back onto the seat, she tells her two emotional daughters in the back seat that “it’s OK, the baby’s just coming OK?”

Her dad then talks to soon-to-be-born third daughter, saying for the video: “Joilee, it’s your father, I just want to let you know, you’re making a grand appearance in my car; we are on the way to the hospital, we love you, and we’ll see you soon.

“We just want to say a prayer, and we pray that you’re delivered safely and healthy, and we just can’t wait to put our hands on you. Anything you guys want to say?”

“HURRY UP”

The camera moves to the face of his filming son, who deadpans: “Hurry up.”

All of a sudden, just a few moments later, his mum gives an almighty long groan and announces: “The baby’s coming out.”

Her surprised husband continues to drive – left hand on the wheel, and his right hand supporting her leg – as she continues: “Oh my God, the baby’s here”, as one of her daughters sobs loudly in the back seat.

She exclaims: “S***, I can’t wait.”

Her husband says: “You’re almost there baby. Oh my God, hold the baby.”

The mum calmly announces, “the baby’s out.”

Michael, starting to panic, says, “Get her, hold her up. Oh s***. Where’s the hospital?”

As the newborn starts to whimper and her mother cuddles her, they finally spot the hospital, and the mum – still incredibly calm – says to the suddenly quiet kids, “look at my baby”.

A slightly frazzled Michael keeps on sounding the horn to clear motorists from his path.

His wife continues: “Come on, breathe for mummy, cry… close the windows.”

Get her, hold her up. Oh s***. Where’s the hospital?

Concerned about the lack of noise from her newborn, she rubs their baby’s back and says “cry for mummy,” as they urgently search for the emergency entrance.

Worried about a possible collision, she turns to her husband and says “don’t hit anybody – she’s already here.”

Then the overwhelmed mum suddenly starts sobbing with happiness, saying “she’s so pretty”, as they finally reach A&E for help.

According to ABC 13, the hospital was just a 10-minute trip from the Addison’s home.

Michael said: “We were making a pre-baby delivery video to get ready to welcome our baby into the world, for the future.

“We didn’t expect it to happen within the next four minutes!”

The broadcaster said that Joilee, who was born healthy, is being dubbed “Infiniti baby because she was born in the family’s Infiniti car”.

Since Michael shared the birthing video on his Facebook page on May 25 it has been seen millions of times.

People are in awe of his wife, praising her for being a “powerful, special warrior”.

One woman admitted: “I probably would have passed out.”

However, a sage predicted: “Y’all are gonna make the news for this! Congrats.”

Last month, a size eight mum from London was left stunned when she gave birth in the bath after failing to realise she was pregnant, and despite suddenly craving sugar.

And in Fresno, California, incredible footage showed the moment a woman gave birth into a butcher’s apron after suddenly going into labour at the supermarket, when workers quickly teamed up to help her with the delivery.
