A Delhi court on Saturday dismissed a plea by one of the four death row convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case, Vinay Kumar Sharma, who claimed to be suffering from a mental illness and in need of treatment. The psychologist, who appeared on Tihar jail's behalf said medical check-ups of all convicts were done on a daily basis and they are all fine.
