The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League today released the 2019/20 preseason and regular season schedules.
Once again, a total of 613 games have been scheduled for next season with each of the 18 teams playing 34 home and away games. Every team will play a minimum of two games against its 17 opponents. A total of 86% of regular season games will be played between Thursdays and Sundays or on holidays.
Two interleague games between the Gatineau Olympiques and the Ottawa 67’s are also part of the 2019/20 schedule. The first game is set for December 6th at the Robert-Guertin Centre with the second leg scheduled two days later in Ottawa.
The opening battle is set for Thursday, September 19, 2019 as the 2019 President Cup and Memorial Cup champions Rouyn-Noranda Huskies host the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada at the Iamgold Arena.
Finally, all 18 clubs will be in action on Saturday, March 21st, which is the last day of the regular season.
