However, here I focus on his 1941 philosophical book Hearer of the Word: Laying the Foundation for a Philosophy of Religion (New York: Continuum Publishing, 1994). More specifically, here I discuss Andrew Tallon's helpful "Editor's Introduction" (pp. ix-xxii).
