for some reason youtube doesn't work on my pc, my chromebook or samsung smart tv but is working on the phone through the same internet.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

If it happens again try the following:

1) Switch off your internet
2) Wait two weeks
3) Switch internet back on to see if problem has cleared
