ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The No. 4-ranked University of Michigan field hockey team saw its 2022 season come to an end with a 2-1 overtime heartbreaker to No. 16 UAlbany on Friday (Nov. 11) at Phyllis Ocker Field.

Field Hockey Advances With 5-1 Win Over Delaware

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – After falling behind early, the top-ranked North Carolina field hockey team roared back for a 5-1 win over Delaware Friday afternoon in NCAA Tournament action at Karen Shelton Stadium. With the first-round win, the Tar Heels (18-0) advance to play in the second round on Sunday at noon on their home turf.

There is a sort of a play-off theme about the men`s Premiership this weekend – 1v2 as Grange take on Edinburgh University along with 3v4 with Western Wildcats entertaining Clydesdale. While not crucial in the final destiny of this season`s championship it might result in a reshuffle at the top of the table by Saturday evening.
