Man fatally shot near RV parked in Seattle’s Licton Springs neighborhood

Witnesses called 911 just after 5 a.m. and reported hearing gunfire. Seattle police officers found the victim laying on the ground outside a battered recreational vehicle parked in the 9600 block of Midvale Avenue North.
