Tire options for Specialized Roll 650b tires

Hi. New member. Have a Specialized Roll with stock Nimbus 2.3 tires. I would like to replace with something a little thinner. 1.9-2.0. That would still ride asphalt well. But could take muddy access roads too. I’m having trouble finding much. Any suggestions that might help me?
