My kid told to stay high at club, but...

At my son's club, they generally want the striker to stay high. Since my kid plays mostly striker, this is what he's gotten used to. But then when he plays on other random teams (like during indoor season), when he stays high the coaches think he's being lazy and want him to run up and down more. I think this causes him some confusion.
