I don't know anything about Rutter but isn't he unproven ?

He’s come up through and played regularly for the French under 19 and under 21 sides etc. that must say something about his ability. The same may be said about Ounahi and the equivalent Moroccan junior teams, and the national side of course, but I don’t think there would be as much competition for places in Morocco.

Even so, at £36m Rutter is a massive gamble for the club I believe.
