Hitesh Patni, the chairman of the primary education committee of the Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC), died on Saturday after a heart attack. Patni had been unwell for some time before he died, and he had also been unwell during the inauguration of the Bal Mela, an event he had been involved in. Patni was also the central Gujarat convener of the IT Cell, and he will be cremated on Sunday morning.
