Hilary downgraded to Category 2 hurricane as Mexico and California brace for `catastrophic’ impact
The U.S. National Hurricane Center says Hilary has been downgraded to a Category 2 hurricane as the weakend but still dangerous storm heads toward Mexico's Baja California peninsula.
