jrymea Rating: 5 stars 09/20/2017 This is quick and easy with lots of flavor. I doubled the coating and used Kefir instead of buttermilk. You need to watch the Panko closely while browning in the skillet. After slicing the boneless skinless chicken breast laterally they were about 1/2" thick and took 20 min to bake.
