«Роскосмос» проводит вторую попытку испытательного пуска ракеты тяжелого класса «Ангара-А5» с разгонным блоком «Орион» с космодрома Восточный. В этом старте испытывается не только ракета и разгонный блок, но и наземный стартовый комплекс и обучаются пусковые команды. Ракета должна вывести макет полезной нагрузки на геостационарную орбиту. Успех ракеты и разгонного блока значительно расширит возможность космодрома и России в запусках со своей территории.
