Prominent Indian businessman Ram Buxani, known for his leadership in the UAE's Indian community, passed away at 83. He was chairman of ITL Cosmos group and renowned for his philanthropy. Known for his warmth and entrepreneurial spirit, Buxani's sudden death has prompted an outpouring of condolences from across the community. Mashreq, the oldest privately owned bank in the UAE, has appointed Tushar Vikram as its new country head and CEO of India, starting June 2024.
