After receiving non-binding offers from four parties in April, JSW Neo Energy and ONGC advanced to the due diligence phase, with revised offers valuing Ayana between $1.6 billion and $1.8 billion.

Swedish private equity fund EQT is set to acquire Los Angeles-based healthcare BPO company GeBBS Healthcare Solutions for about $870 million. The deal, which outbid Hillhouse Investment, is expected to be signed soon. GeBBS, founded in 2005, employs 14,000 workers globally and competes with major firms like Wipro and IBM.

Britannia Industries is in talks to acquire a controlling stake in Kishlay Foods, a Guwahati-based snack manufacturer, valued at `600-700 crore. This acquisition would help Britannia expand its market presence in the Northeast and enter new categories like noodles and tea. The deal is currently in due diligence stages.
