State-run Telecommunications Consultants India (TCIL) is planning to divest 5-10% of its remaining stake in Bharti Hexacom through an offer-for-sale. The divestment process, targeting both institutional and public shareholders, is expected to conclude in FY25. At Bharti Hexacom's current market capitalisation, TCIL's 15% stake is valued at ₹10,425 crore.
