Drawn up by the ministry of human resources development, the draft NEP proposes an age appropriate new curricular and also suggests some radical changes including introduction of four-year bachelor in liberal education with major and minors and multiple exits and extending Right of Children for Free and Compulsory Education from early childhood upto class XII.
