Prince George stuns Waitrose staff by helping them carry deliveries for mum Kate Middleton

PRINCE George has bagged his first job already – helping Waitrose workers carry the deliveries into his Norfolk home.

The five-year-old has stunned staff by helping out alongside them to unload the groceries each time.

How we imagine Prince George would look lugging Waitrose bags

He greets the van with dad William, 36, and their helpful approach has become well known among supermarket staff.

They were praised for their constant offers to lug in the mammoth food order inside Anmer Hall.

The family spend many weekends and holidays at their rural Norfolk home and have been spotted at beaches nearby.

Anmer is close to Sandringham – the Queen’s country retreat.

The insider explained: “It is rare for anyone to ever offers to carry deliveries inside.

“So the Waitrose delivery staff were surprised and delighted to be greeted regularly by Prince William and Prince George.

“George is always particularly helpful and is the one who asks each time what he can carry for them. He is a very inquisitive child.

“They give him lighter bags. It shows how down-to-earth William is and that he wants his son to grow up being polite and helpful to others.”

GEORGE’S DELIVERY SERVICE

Kate, 37, is often spotted shopping at Waitrose branches in between deliveries.

William’s down to earth parenting mirrors that of his late mother Diana.

She would often take her sons on the bus or tube rather than in formal royal private cars.

Prince George is reportedly also fascinated by volcanoes and dinosaurs and is said to boast an extensive collection of miniature police cars.

His questioning of older royals has often got attention.

He reportedly asked his uncle Prince Harry “why are you so quiet” when he was waiting to meet former US President Barack Obama.

Kensington Palace declined to comment.
